1. About Us

Sanyeh Europe is the official European distributor of the Sanyeh brand, legally registered in Portugal. We sell premium natural food products including dates, honey, and related goods, and ship across Europe.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to EU countries. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over €100.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details. Under EU consumer law, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most purchases.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display product information, images, and prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product received differs materially from its description, please contact us for a resolution.
