Shipping Time
Sanyeh values fast delivery and strives to ensure that every customer receives their order as quickly as possible.
Our goal is to ship all orders on the next day or within 48 hours at the latest.
In most cases, this is achieved, and the order is delivered very quickly.
However, Sanyeh cannot be held liable if the order is not shipped within this target timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances.
Return Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? You may return your order under the following conditions:

We kindly ask to receive your return within 5 days after you have received your order.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 5 working days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) received the goods, provided that the products are unopened and you can provide proof of purchase (such as the invoice).

Our products are sealed for hygienic and health reasons. If the seal is broken, the product can no longer be returned, and the right to a refund expires.

Received a wrong or damaged item? Please contact us before returning the product.

Items cannot be exchanged. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order.

If you decide to cancel only part of your order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Please ensure that your return package is securely packed, preferably in the original shipping box.

Please note: the risk and cost of returning the item are at your own expense. We recommend sending your return with a track & trace code and keeping the receipt.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, the purchase amount (including shipping costs and excluding return costs, if applicable) will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
